We totally get that life is full—but this retreat was designed as a complete journey. Each session builds on the last, and the magic really unfolds when you’re present for the whole experience. Out of respect for your fellow attendees, please plan to arrive on time and stay through the final session so you get the full benefit.

Bring an open heart, a journal, and a pen. You’ll also want a swimsuit for the hot tub/pool and something comfortable for morning yoga or movement. A water bottle, sunglasses, and any personal comfort items (like your favorite robe or essential oils) are also welcome. We’ll provide all workshop materials onsite.

The dress code is business casual. We recommend breathable layers. Meeting rooms can be chilly with A/C. And don’t forget a cozy wrap or light jacket for the evenings. And don’t forget fun PJs for the PJ party we have planned.
